The Smooth Operator is a super unique custom thumb peg that boosts the feel, timing and accuracy of any release on the market. Unlike parallel cylinder shaped barrels, the Smooth Operator is shaped perfectly for the natural convex shape of the thumb. It perfectly fits right where you want to seat your peg for a crisp activation. What makes this instantly improve your feel is that it's polished, smooth as silk and prevents the brain linking trigger friction with the movement of the thumb. No-one wants "Trigger Anticipation" and the one thing that causes that to happen is when your brain senses any movements on the trigger. By polishing up the friction points, we have changed the feel that your brain has programmed the association with anticipation.

This peg improves the experience of all 3 types of releases including the Trigger, Tension and Hinge activations. 

BRASS & ALUMINUM! The Smooth Operator is available in both Aluminum & Brass and is fully machined in the USA. Unlike cheap plastic barrels, these are robust, won't strip out and have a difference in feel between the lighter aluminum and beefier brass, depending on your preference. 

HOW IT WORKS ON DIFFERENT STYLES

Trigger Releases (like the Nock2It)- The hour glass shape lets you wrap the thumb in a perfect pre-loading portion on the first thumb joint and curl the thumb tip to a super repetitive position. With a narrower center, you can really curl the tip of the thumb to preload more finger in front of the leverage point of the trigger sear making it an unpredictable crisp release when pulling through.

Tension Release (Silverback +)- For me this peg has totally improved my feel and consistency with the Silverback Release. I've been using a tension release exclusively this season and this smooth peg is so nice for easing your thumb off the safety peg after settling into your anchor position and pulling through without friction or hangups. Unlike the knurled barrels on the market, the Smooth Operator glides over any finger print without detection.

Hinge Release (2 Smooth or Any Other)- This new Peg Shape is a total game changer for a hinge release. The key to the hinge release is the pivot of the release gliding like glass without any prediction of when it's going off. This peg lets it slide like silk while rotating and relaxing the other fingers to pivot the release.

The 5.0 is about 2 grains lighter per inch of arrow and saving that weight lets you choose whether to get the speed or add weight to the right places to boost your FOC numbers. These options and higher modulus carbon do come at a cost though with the price tag being higher for the 5.0 than with an Axis. If you are not chasing speed numbers or on a limited budget the Standard Match Grade Axis are still and always will be an awesome choice. The Nock On Training Bag Replacement cover is built in the USA in collaboration with Morrell Targets. This slip on cover lets you easily get your Bag Target looking brand new again with ease. Theres two things that beat up on your bag target the most. REPS & WEATHER. This replacement cover is a economical way to refresh your targets looks while continuing to use its construction. The cover slips over the existing Nock On Bag Target and then rolls up to be fastened into place with a few zip strips.

It is a purpose built indoor/outdoor target cover with specific short, mid and long-range training aids that all help improve accuracy. The front side features walk back tuning lines and 4 distinct training quadrants that have multi purpose uses (see video on this page for in-depth explanation):
